A quick look at @edgeX_exchange for the start of the year

Fee annualized right around 300m, most of the volume have been quite stable which is a good sign

Roughly every 24h there's about 3b in volume and 2.5b in OI

At the highs it was double/triple this and as the space slowly recovers from 10/10 I think these numbers will be eclipsed in due time

We've also seen the launch of $MARU their mascot memecoin right around 250m, with an ATH of 550m

Every top perp dex historically has launched with very high success. Benching it against $MARU I'd imagine their native token/airdrop to do very well; I'd take a guess and say it'd be sometime in Q1 or Q2

GM. If projects want real ambassadors, stop rewarding AI slop and start weighting onchain proof: time in markets, gas paid, PnL consistency, risk control. Social is fine, but the chain tells the story

This is why I’m watching @edgeX_exchange roll out equities perps. They shipped $NVDA and $SPY on web, mobile in the next app upgrade, and that’s finally a lane where usage is measurable without influencer cosplay. Give $MARU credits or future $EDGE weight to traders who actually show skill across stocks + crypto, not threads

I grabbed a MARU CARD, routed my first equity scalp, and I’ll keep size modest until they prove distribution isn’t InfoFi theater. If they combine social proof with onchain proof for equities + perps, CT might stop rewarding noise. Who else wants rewards mapped to receipts instead of hype #Perps #Stocks #DeFi $NVDA $SPY $MARU

64c on edgeX trading below $2b FDV after 1 day.

To compare, Lighter is trading at $1.7b FDV at the moment. Quite similar OI and 30 day volume for both DEXes.

Only thing I can think of is that the edge X memecoin MARU is trading at 450m FDV, which gives high hopes for a bullish launch of the official edge X token.

IMO worth trying a bet on below 2b FDV. NFA.
