CIRCLE issuing a token on this chain always feels a bit weird
When issuing tokens on-chain, how are the rights of the token and shares divided?
Currently, just releasing a MEME for speculation won't work, but if we intend to empower the chain's revenue etc., it would be unfriendly to shareholders.
It's a dilemma; unless we are confident it can mutually benefit, it's better not to issue, otherwise the issued token becomes a liability.

Circle CEO Jeremy's speech on April 13 in Seoul, South Korea at the Circle in Seoul event — you must watch, he talked about
The most important piece of information: the ARC chain will issue a token for governance and incentives.
$CRCL
Exact words from Jeremy's speech (at 30 minutes 40 seconds):
1. Arc is Circle's native chain, but it is being distributed and operated by the major financial infrastructure companies that have joined us. We are currently in the testnet phase and hope to launch the mainnet soon. Major financial firms, global banks, exchanges, world‑leading payment companies, and leading tech companies are joining us to deploy this network.
2. We are also exploring launching a token for the Arc network to provide a mechanism for governance, incentives, and economic alignment, and eventually transition it to a proof‑of‑stake (PoS) system over time. We hope to share more details in the near future.
3. For us, this may be the company's most significant platform‑level strategic initiative since the creation of USDC. We are extremely excited about its significance — not only for Circle itself but also for all stakeholders who will build and use it on top.】

🐗One of my larger positions — CIRCLE
That is the company behind USDC 💵
(the second biggest stablecoin in the world — right after Tether)
Why do I hold it?
👉 Stablecoins are just getting started
👉 The more USDC, the more cash for them
To me it’s a money‑making machine on stablecoins. People hold USDC → they earn interest 💵 The larger the market, the more cash flows in. Simple model, zero tinkering – exactly what I like. The only thing that could hinder this is regulation. European regulations could also increase demand for USDC, so regulation isn’t necessarily bad for Circle. For now I’m not worried, just watching.
📈Currently about $75 billion in circulation 😳
📦 My holdings:
👉 465.6769 units
👉 Average purchase price: $75.93
Plan?
👉 When prices drop = I add more 🐗
✅ $82
✅ $68
✅ $52.50
⁉️ Just not sure we’ll get that low…
👉 Hype around stablecoins = I stay calm… My first realization will only happen above $160 or higher. Everything depends on my average purchase price. When I have a 120% profit I want to pull out my capital with a small upside and keep the rest at least until a new ATH. Further decisions will depend on how regulations evolve in the US, MiCA in Europe, and cooperation with Coinbase.
😱 Risks are:
⚠️ Regulations could mess things up
⚠️ Dependence on interest rates
⚠️ Tether doesn’t sleep, and neither do I…
To me it’s a bit like a:
👉 “bank for stablecoins”
Who else is sitting in CIRCLE? 😎👇
🚨 Remember these posts are not meant to encourage you to buy, but only to present my risky portfolio that I plan to hold and grow long‑term.
