1.8K @UniChartz $1000RATS is breaking out of consolidation. It has some bullish signs now. But I feel it's a bit too early. The break looks clean. But is still on the edge of an important level so a retracement wouldn't be unusual.
If the breakout is sustained, there should be further rise in price otherwise the price will drop back into the range.
