My friend is up over $100,000 on $Cashcat off a $200 buy, and the way he did it was SHOCKINGLY simple.
He realized that most people were completely jaded by memecoins. Even more importantly, he knew people are incredibly lazy when it comes to learning a new chain. History has shown that when a new ecosystem launches, the vast majority of traders don’t bother bridging until everything is already pumping. By then, the easy money has usually been made.
His thesis was that Robinhood Chain was different. He knew what happened when Robinhood listed memecoins like Pepe, which eventually reached a market cap of over $10 billion. If Robinhood’s own chain gained traction, there was a real chance that one of the first breakout memecoins could experience an explosive run as millions of eyes entered the ecosystem.
Then he noticed something almost nobody else was talking about. Before Robinhood Chain was even publicly released, people on X had already figured out how to bridge onto it. That was all he needed to see. This was his opportunity to get into an entirely new ecosystem before the crowd even realized it existed.
Rather than betting everything on one coin, he bought three early memecoins, putting $200 into each. Then he waited. Almost immediately, two of them completely died.
For a while, it looked like the thesis had failed. Imagine watching two-thirds of your investment go to essentially zero. Most people would’ve sold the last coin too, convinced they had simply picked the wrong ecosystem. He didn’t. He kept reminding himself that robinhood is the retail trading app and there’s no way the chain would fail.
He understood that his thesis was never that all three would win. He only needed one to become the breakout winner. That one coin was Cashcat.
He watched it hold around a six-figure market cap for what felt like forever. Every day that passed, he wondered whether this was as far as it would go. Then it finally started moving… into the millions… then tens of millions… and eventually all the way to a $234 million MC. He told me that when it became clear his thesis had actually played out, he just sat there staring at the screen in disbelief. After watching two of his three bets go to zero, the relief was overwhelming. He said he let out a huge sigh of relief, and for a moment it all hit him at once.
His original $200 investment at the top was worth roughly $300,000. (a 1,500x return) Three bets totaling $600, two complete failures, and one life-changing winner. He still holds onto Cashcat and believes it will be the next coin to hit billions.
The craziest part of this story is that none of this ever happened but you actually believed in it for a moment there. Stop lying to yourself. You have a gambling problem and need to seek professional help. The lesson here? Don’t believe everything you read on CT.
My sentiment is that the market has lost confidence in $CASHCAT following whale manipulations on Hyperliquid.
I think $PONS will surpass them in market cap. The only thing that could save CASHCAT is a listing on the Robinhood exchange.
If $CASHCAT fails then a MemeCoin on PONS should take over.
