As mentioned below, the paper hands are getting shaken out right as price perfectly retested the neckline of that downtrend resistance line, which has now flipped into support, and is now rocketing off of it.

We also now have a textbook bullish divergence forming on the daily RSI, setting up for what could be a strong move higher.
