A decisive breakout above $99.33 should indicate that a low has formed.

$DXY Looking pretty weak but has essentially been rangebound for the last year.

96-100 has been the range to watch.

Generally, the lower this goes, the more it supports risk assets denominated in USD. Vice versa for when it goes up. Little side note is that the reason for it going up or down is always relevant as well obviously.

It is just slow.
Time is the master.
