It's indeed funny how people go "memecoins have no intrinsic value" as if every "appcoin" etc does for an app that barely anyone uses. Far more interesting to me is that where they are building products looking for customers to drive their revenue, memecoins are about succeeding together, about being there for each other, about cohesiveness, about friendship and loyalty. Almost every successful meme has multiple great stories of how people in the community had their life changed through that one memecoin. I know $TOSHI helped multiple people pay off debts, help them get married, help them leave their job to start the company they always wanted, or just made them a millionaire not stressing about life again. And still those people stay around, because they belong. I'll take a strong memecoin community over a "legit product" any day of the week.
