The required voting count has been met, and if governance ends in three days as is, the Orbs @orbs_network DAO will be launched.
However, considering the governance voting power held by Korea, I think more participation is needed for a healthy DAO launch in the future!

- Certification and revocation of Guardians, who receive stake delegated by holders

Two wallets requiring multiple signers would execute finally approved votes, with the Orbs team initially managing the keys. The team could act without a prior vote when delay risks financial loss or material harm, subject to later DAO ratification.
The team says the phased transfer would preserve continuity, stability, and security while the DAO builds capacity. If approved, this formal governance vote moves to execution.
