In traditional AMMs, when you provide liquidity, your funds are spread across all possible prices from zero to infinity. The problem? Most of that money just sits there doing nothing, because trading usually happens around a small price range.

Cetus changes this with concentrated liquidity.

Instead of spreading your funds everywhere, Cetus lets liquidity providers choose a specific price range where they want their liquidity to be active. For example, instead of providing liquidity from $1 to $1,000, you can choose something like $90 to $110 if that’s where you expect most trading to happen.
