🚨JUST IN: @ranger_finance co-founder @barrett_io says the project is winding down after delayed funding, treasury liquidation, and the Drift exploit left it unable to cover all payments.

The shutdown follows a turbulent MetaDAO launch, where $RNGR holders later voted to liquidate Ranger’s treasury and return remaining funds to tokenholders.

According to SolanaFloor, token holders of the Solana project Ranger Finance voted through on-chain governance to liquidate the project and withdraw approximately 5.04 million USDC from the treasury and liquidity pools to return to RNGR holders. The proposal states that the team engaged in significant misrepresentation before fundraising.
