Aster Phase Six airdrop puts a clean period.

Decentralized exchange platform Aster announced——

Phase Six airdrop settlement completed, a total of 620,608.16 $ASTER allocated. Of which 310,304.08 burned permanently; the other 310,304.08 transferred to the Aster Treasury contract.
50% instant claim window opened at 12:00 UTC on May 4 and closed at 12:00 UTC on June 4 — a one-month window.
The most noteworthy part is the handling logic——

Half of the total supply airdropped to users, the other half burned directly. Not reserved, not locked, not kept by the team, but truly destroyed. This “users get half, market gets half less” symmetric design is more scarce than simple airdrop incentives.

The token economics are becoming more mature——

Early projects’ airdrops were about “spreading money to acquire new users”, more the better; now leading projects’ airdrops focus on “restraint + scarcity”, retaining while tightening supply.
