🧲Ferra's LP Guild ⁉️ I often compare projects whenever I have time. For the SUI DEX @ferra_protocol, it doesn't show up in the rankings at all when compared with similar SUI DEXs. In all data such as TVL, 24‑hour volume, cumulative volume, it is outside the rankings. Only relatively stronger ones like Bluefin, Cetus, Momentum, Deepbook are visible. So what is Ferra currently using as a competitive edge to increase its market share? As everyone knows, a mix of three AMM strategies is a point anyone would consider. A structure that combines DLMM, CLMM, and DAMM. However, looking at recent end‑of‑year movements, there is one more thing. That is the LP Guild. Through the LP Guild, they have been continuously running campaigns recently. You probably understand the nature of a guild—it’s a kind of community organization. In a typical DEX, you just put money into the LP yourself. Then they’ll give you a high APR. In Ferra’s case, they form teams that can provide LP together. Thus, each team sets a specific AMM, a specific pool, and its own management criteria. Rewards are structured to be given to each guild based on its performance. Ferra itself could also offer fee benefits or other differentiators to guilds. Thus, the guild receives more performance rewards than individuals, and when a guild’s reputation rises, more individuals will join the guild later. Because providing LP through a guild yields better rewards than an individual participating alone. In the end, I think this is the growth strategy Ferra is pursuing. As a late‑coming player, it’s not just stopping at a mixed three‑AMM strategy… By leveraging the unique form of an LP Guild to create internal competition and offer rewards, it aims to accelerate the inflow of new users… I expect this strategy will continue into next year, and if successful, Ferra will soon stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the leading competitors.
