Starknet has officially updated the STRK staking roadmap. We are currently in Phase 2 of 4 and will transition to Phase 3 in 2026, when validators begin taking responsibility for attesting blocks. At that point, operating costs will rise, resulting in higher validator fees than today. Delegators are advised to carefully review each validator’s fee policy and can switch at any time without unbonding via Endurfi or Voyager to best support the network’s decentralized growth. We're only in April and Starknet has already made progress on privacy (for institution and for any ERC20 token), scale (S-two's upgrade with recursive circuit proving, which opens the door to client-side proving) and quantum resistance (did you know that post-quantum wallets are now live on Starknet?) If you know a wallet address, you can see who holds how much and even when they will sell. ① This actually happens Last year trader James Wynn took a 1.7 trillion‑won long position, and it was directly exposed on‑chain, causing people to rush in and reverse‑pump. The result? 110 billion liquidated. (Don’t do futures…) Think from an institution’s perspective. Bringing in 272 trillion, but my position is public to the world? It’s like advertising “I’m here, take my money”. ② So what Starknet built is Imagine a heavily tinted Mercedes. From the outside you can’t see who’s inside or the size of the position. If police stop you, you just roll down a window a bit and show your license – done. That’s zero‑knowledge technology! The correctness of a transaction is provable, but the transaction details stay hidden. It’s not illegal, and nothing is fully exposed. Exactly the condition institutions want. ③ What will change going forward Right now we’re only moving Bitcoin onto Starknet. When the upcoming strkBTC Phase 2 launches, things will be different. You’ll be able to borrow, stake, and even leverage anonymously, all while privacy is guaranteed. Analogy: - Solana = Myeong‑dong department store (everyone crowds in) - Starknet = reservation‑only VIP private bank (only big players quietly enter) Even if only 10 % of institutional capital flows here, the money will be massive.
