    🚨🇩🇪 IOTA appears on the official website of the Federal Ministry of Finance. Not in a blog. Not in a press release. But on the government page for the Customs Financial Fairness Act, the German draft law to strengthen customs, combat money laundering, financial crime and illegal financial flows under the principle “Follow The Money”. 👀 📄 In the comments on the draft bill, the IOTA Foundation’s statement also appears, alongside banks, lawyers, associations and relevant institutions. That means: IOTA’s position was received by the Federal Ministry of Finance and published in the official legislative process. Not yet adopted. But definitely not crypto noise. 🔥 🔎 IOTA says: Digital customs processes should not only replace paper with PDFs. A verifiable data layer is needed for trade data, documents, companies and logistical events. 🌐 This is where TWIN comes into play. And after iota:native launched its Audit Trails framework, I realized something So the market expects early growth to come mostly from cleaner financial assets like: equities, treasuries and liquid collateral. Makes sense. Those are easier to tokenize. The harder part is tokenizing the trade process of the supply chain. I'm talking about shipments. Invoices, warehouse receipts... basically the whole trade process Because there, the token is not the hard part. Trust is. Why is tokenizing the end product not enough? @Reuters recently reported that IOSCO, basically the global securities regulator group, warned about a real tokenization problem: Investors may not always know if they own the underlying asset… or just a token representing it.
