    It's been a minute since I've done a $BTC chart update but it's been a very boring week of price action. Very likely due to the attention and liquidity focused on SpaceX. We swept 59k lows, bounced off the golden pocket and VAL from the range high, now we are just noodling sideways in this LTF range. Reclaim 64s with strength and we likely see 67s/68s as my next target (golden pocket) from 74k break down. Still very much in a Wave 4 formation for my Elliot Wave friends. HTF analysis (weekly and monthly stochastic) still support chop and momentum to do the downside for the foreseeable future. Monthly stoch likely crosses back bullish in the next 3-6 months.

    White House crypto policy adviser Patrick Witt believes the Clarity Act could be passed before July 4. “We are doing a lot of work behind the scenes.” However, 60 votes are needed to pass it. Currently, Republicans hold 53 seats in the Senate (Democrats and independents hold 47), and the Senate Banking Committee has already passed it with a bipartisan vote of 15‑9 (two Democrats supported), but that is far from a full‑chamber vote. To reach 60 votes, Republicans would need at least seven Democrats to cross party lines (53 + 7 = 60). So far, few Democrats have publicly supported it, leaving a sizable gap. In addition, there are contentious issues such as stablecoin yields, ethics provisions (restriction on officials holding tokens), bank lobbying, and competition from other major bills that require compromise. Patrick Witt says a lot of work has been done behind the scenes, so it now depends on the strength of those behind‑the‑scenes deals.
