    $ETC 📉⚠️🔻 🎯 50 SMA reclaimed, BTC pair didn't follow. That non-confirmation is the signal. $7.96 is the line. The USDT pair closed above the 50 SMA for the first time in 60 days. That was the first real bullish signal in months, and the BTC pair had every reason to show strength alongside it. It didn't. The March 16 pump was a short squeeze driven by broader market conditions, not genuine ETC-specific buying. That kind of move borrows momentum, it doesn't build it. No BTC pair confirmation means the range breakdown is now the higher probability outcome. Daily close below $7.96 is the trigger. Lose that and new lower lows follow. The USDT pair has been consolidating for 40 days, and during that time the BTC pair has been in a clear downtrend. Yesterday the USDT pair printed its first close above the 50 SMA after two months underneath it. That's the only bullish signal on the board right now. For that signal to mean something, the BTC pair needs to follow through. Two levels to flip in sequence: • 12.21 first, that's the initial sign of strength • 12.92 after, that's what opens the door to ~$11.3 on the USDT pair Nothing more than one candle above the 50 SMA so far.     ETC/BTC - update ETC against BTC is sitting on a very important level that goes all the way back to 2018. The pair has been in a long downtrend but it’s now consolidating right at that historical support. These are usually the areas where relative strength can start shifting if buyers step in.

    $ETC/BTC This one is interesting because it’s sitting right on a level that has acted as support since 2018. The entire chart has been in a long downtrend against BTC but we’re now sitting on a historical floor. In my view this is the kind of area where risk becomes more attractive for alts because downside is limited while upside could be significant if the market rotates away from BTC.

    However, even among the comments from readers or subscribers who have long followed my posts and analyses, there are almost no comments like "It goes up, it goes down, buy, sell." I started investing in cryptocurrency nine years ago and watched YouTube videos, "this coin will rise" "if I don't watch I’ll delete the channel" "this chart looks good". I was lured by those videos, and when an influencer says that, I thought I should buy, so I bought naturally. Unfortunately for beginners, the reality is that they also don't know. They are neither believers nor fortune‑tellers, and they can be wrong. Even experts' analyses can be wrong. What I have learned is that human greed and desire are infinitely strong, and because of that, after a strong rise driven by large players, a strong fall follows. Seen from a larger perspective, this forms a single "cycle". I use the cycle to buy at relatively cheap levels and sell when the price reaches a relatively expensive level. One must acknowledge and accept this simple truth of the world in order to survive in the investment market.
