🚨 Publicly collecting BitMart internal and related evidence | We have formally filed a report @BitMartExchange @BitMart_zh @sheldonbitmart Regarding the massive inability of BitMart users to withdraw assets normally, the suspension of USDG and other exit channels, long‑term blockage of large withdrawals, and management’s continuous refusal to provide clear solutions, we have officially submitted report materials to public security authorities. Currently, related users in Mainland China, Japan, the United States, France, Vietnam, Russia and other countries and regions are continuing to organize and submit evidence. From now on, we are globally publicly collecting all clues and verifiable evidence of suspected illegal criminal activity related to BitMart. We especially hope the following individuals contact us: current or former BitMart employees;
product, wealth‑management, operations, customer‑service, risk‑control, finance and wallet‑management personnel;
market makers, custodians, technology service providers and other partners;
individuals who understand BitMart’s actual operations, recruitment and office situation in Mainland China;
individuals who know the company’s equity, actual control relationships and internal organizational structure;
individuals who understand decisions on stopping operations, restricting withdrawals and handling user assets;
users who have received special settlement, discount schemes or selective handling notices.
We focus on collecting the following clues: BitMart‑related companies, shareholders, directors, ultimate beneficiaries and actual control relationships;
the real authority of Charles and other core personnel in business, finance, wallets, risk‑control and stopping‑operation decisions;
BitMart’s employees, office locations, recruitment, customer‑service, technology and operations teams in Mainland China;
the design, promotion, fund custodianship and settlement arrangements of wealth‑management products such as USDG, PYUSD, etc.;
hot wallets, cold wallets, multi‑signature permissions, fund allocation and abnormal on‑chain transfers;
internal rules for large‑withdrawal limits, sporadic small‑withdrawal releases and selective handling;
internal emails, meeting records, chat logs, approval documents and backend logs before and after stopping operations;
user asset liabilities, reserve status, funding gaps and asset disposal plans;
instructions related to deleting records, transferring assets, concealing information or obstructing user reclamation.
Materials that can be submitted include: original emails and headers, internal chats, organizational charts, labor or cooperation documents, wallet addresses, TxIDs, backend pages, approval records, meeting notices and written statements that can prove time, personnel and event processes. Please only provide materials you have obtained legally; do not acquire information by hacking accounts, stealing data or other illegal means. We will do our utmost to protect the identity of informants.
