I only truly believe in BTC, however I ended up selling my stack to trade alts in the hope of accumulating more BTC. I'm down to $1k, if I'd have just held my BTC stack I'd have $450k. My mental health has taken a huge hit because of this and I'm worried I'll never get over it.
