Chainlink’s Corporate Actions program is an industry initiative that brings together Chainlink, 24+ major financial market participants (SWIFT, DTCC, Euroclear, global banks and asset managers) and multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc) to solve the long-standing, costly problem of fragmented corporate-actions data. In pilots Chainlink used LLMs to extract event details from unstructured filings and disclosures, runs those outputs through its validation/consensus pipelines to produce a single standardized “golden record,” and publishes that data across both legacy and on-chain systems. This innovative solution cuts manual reconciliation, latency, and the ~$58B annual drag in the current process. Chainlink has already earned a meaningful level of trust from the U.S. government. Also, Chainlink has publicly documented more than 10 real-world use cases with various federal agencies from Department of Energy to legislative bodies — helping modernize public-sector processes via blockchain.
