Two signals for Algorand that matter. One is developer tooling. The other is institutional product flow. Two signals for @AlgoFoundation stood out to me this week. One is happening inside the AI developer workflow. The other is showing up inside regulated product structures. They point to the same direction from two different angles. The first signal is tooling. @GoPlausible announced a Claude Code Algorand plugin that aims to make Algorand native inside the development environment, not just something you connect to from the outside. That distinction matters because agentic workflows fail when context is weak. If an agent does not know what tools exist and how to use them safely, it wastes time and tokens by guessing. Context and standards are what make agents reliable. They also highlight an embedded MCP setup with a large tool surface. The story here is not another integration. The story is standardization. Standards are what turn isolated demos into something that can scale across teams and apps. Payments are still the hard part. The interesting detail is that x402 development and payment flows are described as being hooked in natively. That suggests payments can become a normal step in the agent loop, not a separate manual step. They also mention multi network behavior with auto network detection based on intents. If the environment can infer testnet versus mainnet from what the agent is trying to do, you reduce friction and make repeated execution more realistic. The second signal is institutional. In a formal filing, @CoinSharesCo references CoinShares Physical Staked Algorand, and the numbers show growth year over year. That is a different kind of signal than a viral tweet. In the table of certificate liabilities, CoinShares Physical Staked Algorand moves from 5,015 in 2023 to 18,386 in 2024, which is a 266.6 percent increase. Whatever your market view is, that is not nothing. The notes also mention 1,500,000 certificates in CoinShares Physical Staked Algorand held on behalf of a third party that contributed 15,000,000 $ALGO as seed capital to the product. That is how structured exposure gets built. Here is the point. Retail narratives are loud. But adoption often happens quietly in two places first, inside developer tooling and inside financial product rails. That is where things become repeatable. Developer tooling makes it easier for builders to ship. Product rails make it easier for capital to express exposure. When both move in the same direction, the ecosystem gets a different kind of momentum. None of this guarantees mass adoption and none of it is a price prediction. But it is a useful way to track reality. Who is building it into workflows, and who is packaging it into products. I will keep watching both layers. Tooling tells you what developers can do next. Product flows tell you what capital is willing to hold. Together, they tell you what is becoming real. Not financial advice. Just signals worth tracking. Amazing catch @BaronofLoxley 👌🏻 The institutional layer often moves quietly. This one is worth paying attention to.

Algod pumping a long forgotten AI coin 3x is a perfect snapshot of the trenches right now - and it’s been like this for weeks. No thinking, no research - just herd behavior chasing whoever’s in front.

You're forgetting $ALGO! Algorand has had ZERO downtime since launching in 2019 while processing ~4B transactions. One of the very few L1s running 24/7 without interruption since day one! 🟢 And $ETH has already experienced hours-long finality issues, that shouldn't be minimized. You can't claim to be the future of finance if your chain can stall that easily, just imagine how many businesses, users, or institutions could be paralyzed if adoption were higher. Fortunately for some chains, adoption is still relatively low, and sometimes downtime even goes unnoticed (lmao). That's definitely not serious. On $ALGO, there are already thousands of REAL users relying on it daily. Take projects like @HesabPay_, even minor downtime could be catastrophic. I know some will jump into damage control and claim downtimes aren't a big deal, just part of improving the chain. But the truth is, some chains choose to move fast, sometimes too fast, break things, and fix them later, regardless of whether thousands of users end up stuck, sometimes for hours! I definitely much prefer Algorand's long-term vision and caution. A downtime WILL ALWAYS hurt a chain's credibility and attractiveness, and can be a massive red flag for many institutions/businesses, even years later. I remember an interview with @GaryMalouf where he spoke about the big responsibility of minimizing downtime risk, especially during protocol upgrades. If you're looking for a reliable and serious chain to build on, Algorand is the right place.

You won’t need a new wallet to use Algorand. We’re shipping cross chain account abstraction that lets MetaMask, Rainbow, and basically any EVM wallet plug straight into Algorand dApps. No custody tricks. No shared signature risk. Your EVM key authorizes an abstracted Algorand account. Transactions are signed in a strictly isolated Algorand domain using structured signing, so those signatures are useless anywhere else by design. For builders, we wired RainbowKit into @txnlab/use-wallet. That means near universal EVM wallet support in an Algorand dApp with minimal config. End state 👇 • Land on a dApp • Connect your existing EVM wallet • Bridge in app if needed • Start using it Sneak peek this week launching with @AlphaArcade.

Claude Code just got Algorand awareness. That matters more than most people think. Agentic commerce is not going to scale because of better prompts. It will scale when AI dev environments become natively aware of the tools, standards, and payment rails agents need to complete tasks end to end. That is why this new Claude Code #Algorand plugin from @GoPlausible is interesting. It is not just another “AI x crypto” integration. It is an attempt to make Algorand a first-class part of the agent workflow inside the developer environment. What they are describing is Algorand awareness at the context level. Instead of an agent blindly trying random tools, the environment can steer the agent toward the right skills and reduce wasted attempts. In practice that means fewer tokens burned on trial and error and more reliable execution. They also highlight an embedded MCP setup with a large set of tools available out of the box. The bigger story here is standardization. When agents can access blockchain interactions through a consistent interface, prototypes start to look like ecosystems. The hardest part in agentic workflows is still payments. The interesting claim is that x402 development and x402 payment flows are hooked in natively, which suggests payments are treated as a normal step in the agent loop rather than a separate manual process. Another detail that matters is multi-network support with auto network detection based on intents. If an agent can infer whether it should operate on testnet or mainnet from the task context, that removes friction and makes repeated execution more realistic. The Anthropic angle is the most important signal. @GoPlausible says the plugin has been submitted to the @AnthropicAI marketplace for review. If distribution happens through the default marketplace, this moves from a niche GitHub setup to something developers can adopt with far less effort. To be clear, a plugin submission is not mass adoption. But it is a meaningful direction. When AI tooling, standardized agent interfaces, and embedded payments converge inside the IDE, agentic commerce shifts from theory to implementation. This is how the stack becomes real. Agents need coordination, they need standardized tool access, and they need native payment flows. The settlement layer only matters if it is reachable from the tools developers actually use. I will be watching where these integrations go next, because the most important “crypto” developments of the next cycle might not look like tokens. They might look like developer tooling.

$ALGO 📊⚖️🔄 🎯 Hold $0.083 = divergence alive. Lose it = recalculation. On the daily, there’s no wick-based divergence, but there is body-based bullish divergence. In a broader bearish trend, that kind of signal doesn’t explode immediately. It usually needs consolidation first, then produces a relief rally before any larger continuation. On the 4H, a breakout above the yellow range was expected, but instead we got a breakdown from $0.094 to $0.083. That drop has now formed a fresh micro range. This level matters. As long as price does not close 4H, and especially daily, below $0.083, the bullish divergence remains valid. A reaction toward $0.096 should occur at least once before any decisive move. If daily closes below $0.083, the divergence thesis weakens and the structure needs reassessment. Level first. Narrative second. #BTC #ETH #ALTCOINS #TRADING #ALGO #CRYPTO

Why I see #ALGO as valuable in a new monetary system: • Fast, final settlement, no waiting or reversals • Extremely low transaction costs • Built for scale without sacrificing security • Decentralized design rooted in real cryptography research • Fits the idea of neutral, efficient payment rails instead of speculation If finance is moving toward decentralized infrastructure, the networks that actually move value efficiently will matter most.
