i know a lot of people are not happy about not being eligible for the @citrea_xyz drop

it's sad when you put in some effort and in the end didn't get something in return

but this is my honest take

let's go with the good first:

> the team didn't overfarm for fees; they said mainnet campaign would be live for a short time, and they kept their word here. there are lots of l2s where farming took years. in most cases like this, people would have already lost so much in time and funds than they could ever get back

> taking snapshots earlier, by doing this they protected some of their early contributors

the bad, what I think could have been better:

> role holders should have been rewarded separately (instead of boost)

I'm not a big fan of discord grind, and I know the citrea team mentioned many times they will not incentivize this

however, the role holders here were not many; I think they could plug them with something
