TECHNICAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT The BRAZILIAN OLYMPIC COMMITTEE (COB), a civil association of a sporting nature, belonging to the Olympic Movement, of state public utility, non-profit, headquartered at Av. A couple of translation notes: "Acordo de Cooperação Técnica" is a standard Brazilian instrument — closer to an MOU/framework agreement than a commercial contract, with no money necessarily changing hands; the binding specifics live in the "Plano de Trabalho" (Work Plan) it references. And MP 2.200-2 is Brazil's 2001 e-signature law (it established the ICP-Brasil digital certificate framework), which is why that boilerplate appears in the closing clause.
