Zora creator token turned out totally different than I expected. For the first time since @base incubated, I feel this may blow up bad PR wise. Specially for those new users experimenting here.

When creator token is created and $ZORA pumps, those coins artificially goes up in proportion to how much $ZORA which there is no volume being traded that can hold up with price of each creator token. What kind of pool set up is this? Did they think it thru before implementing?

I don’t think creators have any liquidity at this point to “cash-out”, so no major damage will be done financially except any new users buying creator tokens that has been artificially pumped by 10x due to this horrible pool design, meaning it’s gonna go down -90% as soon as $ZORA price action takes a downturn.

Example here. 200k market cap creator token with less than 2k in liquidity.

Otherwise, @zora is pretty cool to pull this off.

I have already gone over my angry phase, forward looking wise, I’m happy we can come out of it stronger.
