🔚The Cosmos ecosystem Evmos network has been shut down

On May 24, it was announced that the Cosmos ecosystem chain Evmos passed the “Evmos Shutdown” governance proposal. The proposal states that Evmos nodes will cease operation at block height 37,318,000. Currently, the Evmos block explorer, official website, etc., are inaccessible.

The proposal indicates that Evmos nodes will stop operating at block height 37,318,000, corresponding to around May 18. Currently, the Evmos block explorer and official website are inaccessible. DeFiLlama data shows its TVL has fallen to 0. It is known that Evmos core development team Tharsis Labs completed a $27 million financing led by Polychain Capital in 2022.
