Here's why I think NFTs suffered so bad in 2025 The NFT market saw huge action in TGE coin launches assigned to projects that trigger tax implications I think the sell off in NFTs has been heavier to offset these launches and my guess is we see a very strong bounce in the NFTs in January 2026 Holders had exposure to all of these airdrops - they also have exposure across all the top nft projects This creates sell pressure across the NFT market You then see the overall bubble size deflate - this is where we are now - You lose leverage and volume and traded value is much smaller - This is like a huge handbrake Now watch once this handbrake is released - I am guessing we see big gains from current levels in 2026 - some may be short lived but i think the setup is primed for explosive upwards price moves - Exhausted sellers makes this an even better setup and something I look for in equities after a down year following a previous year of outperformance $PENGU launch December 17th 2024 : Hit a high of $2
