I just voted NO with 37.67 million ADA on the Governance action: Cardano 2030: Vision, Mission, Strategy Framework and KPIs On behalf of my loyal delegates. Rationale I am voting NO. I commend the significant work that went into this strategy and vision, and I understand its importance for Cardano. I specifically appreciate the open source focus and the inclusion of node diversity. However, I cannot overlook the recommendation to: "Fund DReps, SPOs and the Constitutional Committee based on observable activity (votes, rationales, attendance)..." Who decides the value of this attendance? This metric invites centralized judgment. Additionally, the proposal states this document gives DReps a "community-vetted filter to rigorously evaluate funding requests." This concerns me; DReps must act independently, voting based on their own judgment and principles, not bound by a static document. I believe this needs further work. Do you believe that a chain like Cardano, which is truly decentralized and was built from the ground to comply with the first crypto principles, can triumph? Cause I do. I really do. It might take some time, but the advantages far outweigh the constraints 👌

This is really cool. For those not aware, FROST signatures allows you to do an n-of-m multi-signature, but the final signature you add to the transaction is only the size of just a single signature. If you do this with traditional multi-sig on cardano, it would require you both append the multi-sig script and a signature for each signer. You're basically pre-combining the signatures into one before doing the transaction.
