According to Wu, the U.S. financial infrastructure company Broadridge Financial Solutions announced that it will extend its governance platform to the digital asset domain, supporting proxy voting, corporate actions, and disclosure management for traditional securities and tokenized stocks. Galaxy Digital will be the first to use the platform for on-chain shareholder voting at its May annual shareholders meeting, with the voting records initially written to the Avalanche-based L1 network.
