ACH and card rails still impose deposit/withdrawal holds (ACH 2-3 days, some withdrawals 7-30 day holds). Crypto outs via ZeroHash moved in ~30 minutes with limits
Compared to Polymarket (speed + composability) and Overtime ($OVER niche depth), Kalshi sells regulatory finality and fiat certainty, not instant on‑chain finality
If you want predictable payout and US cash rails, Kalshi is compelling if you need immediate onchain triggers, maybe less so. Where do you draw the line between speed and certainty in prediction markets?
