This is a good, innovative, step forward, but there are a few things to discuss... Let's dive in;

➥ 30 basis points (0.3%) collected from Virtual Ecosystem token swaps;

↠ Currently 70% goes to agents, 20% to referrals and 10% to Virtuals. If you are now taking 30% from token swaps, what happens to the 20% referral amount?

➥ 50 percent used by the protocol to purchase the agent’s token on the open market (The repurchased tokens are distributed to the customers who consumed the agent’s services and vest linearly over twelve months.);
↠ For ~3 months Virtuals has allowed the abuse of ACP airdrop incentives from bot farmers. Genuine ecosystem participants have left the ecosystem and/ or stopped using ACP as a result. How will this be any different? Is this just another play at metrics over participants? Why won't Virtuals address this issue publicly?

↠ You are vesting participants share over 12 months but instantly providing teams with USDC.
