    The skew curve is still upward sloping, which tells us that downside protection remains the dominant positioning across medium- and longer-dated expiries. Investors are still willing to pay higher put premiums for risks a few months out. The front end looks different. Daily, weekly and monthly calls are being bid more aggressively, suggesting traders are chasing near-term upside and pushing call premiums higher without fully giving up protection further out. We saw a similar maturity split in bitcoin:native during the first weeks of January and May. Short-dated call demand strengthened, while longer-dated skew remained elevated.

    @isabelfoxenduke @nvk This is a huge misunderstanding. Bitcoin only exists in the mind of Bitcoiners, which of course have their own morality. Satoshi created Bitcoin because he cared, that’s the entire point of it. There’s no such thing as Bitcoin, there’s only bitcoiners.
