    Quiet but real: Zcash flirting with PoS isn’t an ESG headline, it’s a security budget redesign. Miner issuance pressure becomes validator economics + governance, and neutrality gets tested in a totally different way. If client diversity and validator concentration slip, “privacy money” inherits new trust assumptions. Net upgrade or new risk surface?

    recipe to implement bunker p2p cash leveraging DAG: - in the absence of pre-committed payment channels, offer an opt-in service/covenant that treats miners as payment hubs (hub and spoke topology, not LN). - predefine a utxo->miner mapping. random uniform by default, configurable by users to any miner/hub they can connect to through mesh. - netplit aware consensus: detect network split via hashrate drop. upon detection trigger miner=hub mapping. - during split, utxo's (that opted in) cannot be spent outside hub's "jurisdition". - post split, merge the consenus branches through DAGKNIGHT (partially synchronous) to maintain consistency. (happy to help zec to utilize the scheme, or even the service run on kas, so zec needs only to implement the trigger)

Encryption restores the natural order of privacy that civilization requires to function. Let there be no data to see. The most powerful surveillance engine ever built is useless against data that does not exist. You cannot centrally plan an economy you cannot surveil. You cannot seize what you cannot see. This is why encrypted money at planetary scale is the machinery of freedom. Zcash.

    Thinking out loud here But I was thinking it would be neat to onboard podcast listeners to Zcash Get some bitcoiners to experience what Bitcoin could have been if Zerocash was activated in 2014 Would it be possible to apply for a sponsorship? Does the ZEC Community Grant support this? Maybe I can get more Zashi/ZODL installs too
