    Crowded =/= saturated, it’s just selection pressure at work. Prediction markets, privacy, on-chain yield and stablecoin neobanks are already swarmed with builders. The open gap is agentic payments + DeAI-native rails for the autonomous agents that will use them. Build where the puck is going, not where it already is.

    Startup categories that are very crowded right now: 1) Prediction markets (aggregators, long tail markets, verticalization, etc.) 2) Privacy - ZEC revitalizing a value proposition of privacy. 3) Stablecoin neobanks and agentic payments - tons of neobank players with real traction. Seemingly, hardly anyone with real traction in agentic payments..yet. 4) Onchain structured products (local stablecoin carry trade, high yield delta neutral using AI, private credit backed stablecoin)
