If I formally created a crypto company and performed token raises, but the company became unprofitable a year later because there was a meta shift, I would then be open to acquisitions but only if token holders got some kind of restitution out of it. This is not rocket science.

A few days before the acquisition, $TNSR (originally down ~95%) surged 10x — a scenario resembling outright insider trading. The founders likely walked away with a huge deal, while token holders had no real chance to earn a return. ▫️ November 2025 The Tensor Foundation took over management of Tensor and Tensorians. ▫️ December 2025 No news, no transparency, no clear leadership. $TNSR fell again ~95% Tensorians collapsed from ~10,000$ to ~80$.
