Crypto X has become the most disgusting, tribalistic, nihilistic, cannibalistic shit show ever I am not sure I even want to be on here anymore There is no alpha, no wisdom, just hate, fear, greed and emotions. There used to be a gentlemen's code between teams, the same way different elite athletes respect themselves, devs used to have respect and admiration for each other. It was not seen as "we fix this you suck" but more like we go a different path , we chose to solve different problems. this market seems to have messed with project leads and brought out true panic in order to catch a piece of the pie that seems to get smaller. in reality we are close to get a true crypto bill that liberates defi, we are in a better spot than ever. but this is not the way. I urge all teams and leads to stop this tribalistic bashing of each other. lets bring back the OG dev vibe again. Lets learn from the mistakes of others and not ridicule them. The trigger was a so‑called “Consensus Outage”, which caused validators to stop processing blocks and transactions worth over a billion dollars were effectively frozen. Although the Sui Foundation was able to fix the issue after just under six hours and restore normal operation, a precise technical explanation for the cause has yet to be provided to the community. This incident leaves a bitter aftertaste, as it is already the second major outage since the launch in May 2023, while direct competitors like Solana have been running stably for 18 months. Surprisingly, the market responded calmly: the SUI price did not crash but remained relatively stable.
