    How much money is sitting in L1 foundation wallets right now with zero audits, zero reporting, and no way for holders to do anything about it nobody talks about this enough most foundations operate like private companies. the chain is decentralized, the entity controlling the treasury isn’t Da Hongfei just published a restructuring proposal for Neo Foundation in public. redomicile, governance redesign, staked voting, asset consolidation don’t know if it’s the right answer but at least the question is being asked out loud that’s more than most are doing April 10, 10AM SGT. be there
