Bitcoin 200‑Week Moving Average Bitcoin's price is approaching the 200‑week moving average. It's the moment we've been waiting for for a long time. The 200‑week moving average is the average of roughly four years of weekly closing prices and has served as an important support level at each low of Bitcoin's previous cycles. Last year I told people that when Bitcoin is above $100,000 they should not sell recklessly or use leverage indiscriminately, but rather consistently save a portion of their salary in Bitcoin, and when the opportunity arises to meet the 200‑week moving average, use a manageable level of leverage. I remember being cursed by Bitcoin maximalists and getting mobbed for saying that. At the time, the backlash was so severe that I muted many maxis, so I’m not sure how they’re doing now. The atmosphere felt like watching a cult, and I think they’re probably still rationalizing the situation in their own ways and holding on. Anyway, I personally think that now is the time to muster courage. Of course, because semiconductor and AI stocks have risen a lot, if the stock market falls in the second half, Bitcoin is likely to drop as well, so I'm not saying to go all‑in now, but from now until the end of the year we should be brave and regularly buy large amounts whenever it falls significantly. I plan to, starting from the moment it meets the 200‑week moving average, buy in chunks of 30‑50 million KRW each time it falls, roughly 15‑20 times. The amount I intend to hold until retirement is kept in my wallet, so the purchase this time will be sold after about two years and used for my family and myself. If the expected profit materializes this time, I think I’ll be able to live without money worries thereafter. I hope this will be my last bet.

This guy is so talented, trying to buy the dip of the Bitcoin you HODL, as if he's insulting every HODLer. His judgment is probably mostly correct, but I've never seen anyone from an exchange say 'In a bear market, you shouldn't buy Bitcoin because it'll keep dropping'—that's happened more than once or twice. At least he successfully gave everyone a place to vent their emotions 😂 https://t.co/5kehjr8skR

This change reflects both the strategy’s stoic evolution spirit and shows that simple capital‑raising strategies have become commoditized, necessitating differentiation. Of course there is debate about whether it will work, but I have the conviction to make it work. I am not simply buying Bitcoin, nor am I frightened by Bitcoin’s crashes. Approaching and understanding their hypothesis is a crucial point for investment decisions.

Strategy’s preferreds are legally preferred equity, economically hybrid capital, and analytically credit-like. “Digital credit” is a category term for Bitcoin-linked, yield-bearing capital instruments, not a claim that STRC has bondholder remedies. Critics are right about one narrow thing... that STRC, SATA, STRD, STRK, and STRF are legally preferred equity. These are preferreds rather than bonds. Holders generally lack classic creditor rights like maturity, acceleration, default remedies, or the ability to force repayment like debt holders. But preferred equity can absolutely be analyzed through a credit lens. It has yield, seniority over common, subordination features, dividend coverage questions, balance sheet risk, liquidation preference, issuer quality, duration-like behavior, and downside underwriting. That is credit-style analysis, even when the legal wrapper is equity. Nobody is claiming that “digital credit” is a legal classification. It is a market category Strategy is trying to create for their Bitcoin-linked, yield-bearing capital instruments. If you don't like the term, uh, I'm sorry you're offended. ONWARD!
