What interesting parts does the Aerodrome ecosystem have? I’ll summarize briefly as follows: 1. @VexyFinance is the #1 veNFT trading marketplace. Sellers can set their own sale price and discounts. If you want to sell quickly, you can sell at a buyer's pre‑set purchase price (though the discount may be large). 2. @40acres_Finance: a superb strategy that converts assets into capital with no risk! (except smart contract risk). 40acres is a platform that allows users to lock veNFTs as collateral for loans (just like a regular lending platform). The LTV (loan‑to‑value) adjusts up or down based on the yields that Aerodrome can capture (when the market is good, LTV is high; when the market is weak, borrowing power decreases). Here, "Value" is not the AERO price but the yields collected each epoch. The cool thing is that our position will not be liquidated because 40acres cares about the weekly yields rather than the price of AERO. Thus, when a user borrows, they lock their veNFT with 40acres, and the revenue for each epoch is reduced by various fees; the remainder is used to repay the loan. The fee taken each epoch for the protocol & lenders is about 25%. Is 25% a lot? It is high, but it depends on what you do with the borrowed funds. If you borrow and invest further, and the calculation shows it’s worthwhile, it can be attractive. Since the market is currently weak, the yields are 3‑4 times lower than the peak, so the 25% fee is proportionally smaller. Therefore, instead of accumulating the small yields throughout a bear market, we could compound the tokens or invest elsewhere to earn yields that outweigh the 25% fee. However, the sword has two edges: if the target isn’t met, we may lose money. And if you gamble on risky things like futures, you might run out of capital, and you’ll have to hold the veNFT long‑term until the debt is fully repaid. 3. @AutoPilot_xyz For those who are lazy to vote each week, you can use this auto‑voting service. The APR is roughly equal to the average of each epoch and there is a 5% fee on the yields collected. Mid‑year, when AERODROME upgrades to the new AERO, it will have autovote & auto‑rebalance features, so by then you may no longer need the autopilot service. 4. Launchpad projects listed on Aerodrome, such as Ignition (by Aerodrome itself) and the latest @kickoffdotfun, which has launched two projects: lemon & N0IR. There’s also @useBackroom, a funding platform powered by Aerodrome. 5. @aerostrategyfi On the BTC side there is MicroStrategy; on the Aero side there is the $AEROSTRAT token, which purchases AERO and places it in Autopilot to generate yields, then uses those yields for buybacks & burning of $AEROSTRAT. I heard the name @Raflux_io from a Brother yesterday. I didn't know before, so I took a look. It feels pretty good. It is a raffle platform, where lottery can be done with NFT or digital items. Some life lesson can also be deployed in crypto. In life, if you make money only by working, then your ceiling is gonna be # of hours you work and your skill value. If you can find a way to make money while you sleep like having investment, you are on your path to wealthy life and much freedom. Onchain it’s also similar, if you make money by trading, you have just escaped labor hell to trading hell. My spot is pumping and doing numbers in $aero $tibbir $virtual. My shorts are decimated. Stopped out on $APT. Probably will get stopped out soon on $EIGEN and $TIA. I did have some limit orders trigger so now I got short $strk $sui and even retard mode $sei pumped enough for me to get short.
