💠Is the VC-first model in perpdex becoming outdated?

Recently perpdex has sprouted like mushrooms, but have we ever tried to look back at successful perpdex projects and ask whether they share any common traits?

> Looking at the success of $HYPE or $ASTER shows this. Not talking about token price because $HYPE is leading the wave, but we will see :

- No VC.

- No private sale round.

- No complex tokenomics designed to favor early investors.

> Instead, they focus on building a product that users truly want to use.

> Then they reward the community that contributed to developing the platform.

> This is creating a new wave of builders.

Look at the current perpdex projects without VCs:

Of course, having no VC does not equal success.

In the end, the product is still what decides everything.

But Hyperliquid has shown that a fairer model can work perfectly.
