I briefly mentioned this content before.

According to the @Kindred_AI whitepaper, there is a concept called DualDAO.
What does this mean?

- Basically, Kindred has a DAO. KindredDAO..

- And, each IP or AI agent collaborating with Kindred can have its own DAO.
These are AS-DAOs (Agent-Specific DAOs).

KindredDAO handles the overall governance role for Kindred, such as infrastructure management and standard setting.

AS-DAOs can individually make decisions regarding the tokenomics design, community operations, and updates for individual agents.

To put it simply, it's like a large corporate group having various subsidiaries; it has such a structure.

In Kindred, there will inevitably be many collaborations with IPs, and agents will also become diverse.

In this situation, by adopting the DualDAO form, standardization and stability of the entire ecosystem are secured,
while autonomy and flexibility are allowed at the level of each agent.

Therefore, each agent can issue its own tokens and NFTs.
It can be thought of as a hybrid governance structure.

Here's another important point to add... regarding revenue.

- If an AS-DAO issues an 'Agent Token' (ERC-20 token) and raises funds through an IAO (Initial Agent Offering).

- Agents generate revenue through user interaction, using agent model APIs, subscription services, etc.

- A portion of the revenue belongs to the AS-DAO's treasury, and another portion belongs to the higher-level Kindred DAO, forming such a structure.
