Paying your users in a token that got rug pulled is actually insane.
I don’t like when neobanks pay users cashback in their own native token because, for one, the token is genuinely worthless in situations like this.
And another thing is that when you pay users in your native token, you are basically giving them all the risk while taking none of it yourself.
The company still gets to build the product, grow the business, and potentially get acquired, and meanwhile, you are stuck holding the bag unless you don't sell weekly smh.
Tbh, I think the easier thing to do is just pay users in USDC or WETH like @ether_fi cause at least then it's real cashback.
That said, it’s no wonder the token was not included in the deal, lmao.
Now the devs have somewhere to skedaddle while @NiumGlobal helps them fix this.
