What makes the StandX team seem wise is that you've probably seen that this year Perp DEXes have delivered quite strong results. Lighter, Aster, etc... there are more. So they might want to create Perps. Personally, I still think a Perp DEX isn’t at its end yet. Thus they build a Perp DEX. But the problem is it lacks differentiation. There needs to be a justification to attract users from already early‑entered competing projects. So they attached a DEX‑only entry point to the Perps. Through the current point system they lure users, who provide liquidity and swap, and then: "Whoa? There’s a Perps feature too??" "Then why would I use another Perps? Using it here makes fund transfers easier and I can earn more points." In this way, they’ve created a structure that catches two rabbits at once, which I think is what @StandX_Official has done. Honestly, at this point… it’s hard to tell which will be the main focus. Just as a company in its early startup stage runs several projects, and when a project shows better performance and prospects, it raises its share… In StandX’s future, we can’t know which of the two will get a larger share. In conclusion, I think StandX started by accurately reading investors’ psychology. That’s why I’m looking forward even more to its next moves.
