    The Senate Banking Committee voted on the CLARITY Act, 15-9. Only 2 Democrats crossed the aisle. Democrats are still pushing for changes before final passage. (Stablecoin yield, AML rules, DeFi treatment - all still unresolved.) Next stop: full Senate floor vote. Then it needs to be reconciled with the House version before anyone gets to sign anything.
