Yet the project that focuses on the stablecoin settlement layer, $XPL, is moving in the exact opposite direction. The project was once scorching hot, with TVL soaring from $2 billion to $5.5 billion in a short time, being seen as the infrastructure for the next generation of stablecoins. Now, the token price has fallen 90% from its peak, essentially wiped out. It's quite ironic: the product looks good, has buzz, and capital has indeed flowed in, but the token price just can't climb. This situation is somewhat similar to ARB, where the ecosystem is developing but the coin price remains flat. It shows that in today's market, looking only at fundamentals and capital inflow may not be enough; sentiment and the overall environment have a huge impact.

    Airdropping 200 million LIT to a single wallet—could this be the largest airdrop in history? Lighter has started distributing LIT to 100 empty wallets, having sent a total of 172,460,054 LIT. The distribution funds come from the 2b5f wallet. That wallet initially received 250 million LIT, representing 25% of total supply, matching the airdrop size mentioned by the Lighter CEO. Points worth noting: Maximum allocation per wallet is 58,917,589 LIT Equivalent to 5.89% of total supply Valued at about $200 million I think this is likely allocated to a major exchange or market maker for Lighter. It would be absurd for an ordinary user to mine that much.
