I've been out of all Bittensor subnets for a week or so now. I was able to bank a 50% increase in the amount of TAO I hold, thanks to an impressive move on SN3 Templar, and so far it seems like that was a good idea. Not sure when I'll re-enter, but will see take a look at the subnet charts over Easter. When we look at Bittensor subnets more generally, as with crypto overall, I focus on infrastructure and stick with large caps. Bearing in mind a "large cap" is less than $100M, the upside for these businesses is huge if they are successful in becoming cornerstone decentralised AI infrastructure, so I don't need to go any further down the risk curve. TAO is too valuable to throw around gambling on random subnets that are doing 'cool things' in AI. Remember, unlike most crypto, TAO stake goes up and down. So for now, I have conviction in: SN64 Chutes (Inference) SN4 Targon (Compute) SN3 Templar (Training) What subnets are you in and, importantly, why?

Bittensor might be the first AI network that pays its investors while it grows $TAO Bittensor uses chain emissions to incentivize miners, validators, subnets, and stakers. In simple terms, that’s the model. Now look at the contrast. While the network distributes capital automatically to those producing intelligence, the most advanced AI companies in the world still depend on massive funding rounds just to keep operating. We’re talking about $300B raised in just three months. As the New York Times itself wrote: “OpenAI and Anthropic are unprofitable and constantly need cash to pay for the chips, energy and infrastructure required to support their power-hungry data centers.” In the long run, which model is more likely to be efficient and profitable? Not profitable for 4 or 5 large funds. Profitable for thousands of early investors in Bittensor and its subnets. Maybe the market still doesn’t understand what it’s looking at.
