According to the Aave governance forum, EtherFi submitted a Temp Check, requesting to deploy an exclusive Aave V4 white‑label instance on OP Mainnet operated by them, to serve as the credit back‑end for the Visa card product EtherFi Cash, replacing the current Debt Manager. This instance will share liquidity and other market isolation with Aave, with EtherFi responsible for configuration, risk parameters, liquidity, and operation, while Aave provides V4 deployment and operational licensing and receives 20% reserve factor income. The commercial terms also include integration of GHO, deployment of GHO GSM on OP Mainnet, bringing in up to $175 million of assets at launch, and granting EtherFi Cash exclusive use of the Aave V4 lending market. Today Aave deployed on @Monad with a $15M incentive package. In less than 8 hours, user deposits reached ~$45M. The last comparable @Aave deployment was Mantle. With half the incentives, TVL reached $1.5B at its peak. This is interesting not only because @chainlink SVR is live since day 1, and because of its potential when looking at similar precedents, but also because of mUSD. Until now, mUSD only existed inside the MetaMask app: you hold it, you spend it on the card, and behind the scenes it gets routed into lending. A user couldn't take mUSD and put it to work on their own. On Aave Monad, mUSD is now a supply and borrow asset any Monad user can use directly. The distribution engine is what comes next. Metamask's Money Account is built on Monad and routes liquidity through Veda vaults. Soon, this setup will integrate Aave. Once that connects, the flywheel will work as follows: 1. Users get up to a 3% conversion bonus when converting USDC or USDT into mUSD on Money Account, increasing mUSD supply 2. Money Account routes those deposits through @veda_labs vaults into Aave on Monad 3. Aave gains supply-side liquidity 4. Yield flows back to mUSD holders, increasing demand for mUSD That funnel creates a direct path for MetaMask's 30M+ users to interact with Aave through Money Account. Today mUSD is $28.5M in total supply, so the listing itself is small. The scale comes when Money Account plugs into Aave. > For MetaMask, Aave lends legitimacy a $28.5M-supply stablecoin can't buy on its own. With a $100M supply cap, this single venue could support up to a 3.5x expansion in mUSD supply and market cap. > For Aave, this could become a $1B+ market, driving its revenue and GHO's growth. Monad Foundation is acquiring 10M GHO. > For Monad, this is a jackpot. Two huge integrations (Money Account and now Aave) in a matter of 3 days, both bringing stablecoin and on-chain liquidity float onto a seven-month-old chain.

In my view, this zone is significant as price is attempting to break above the descending trendline while reclaiming the $86.30 - $86.50 resistance area. I'm personally interested in the long side if AAVE can hold above the breakout zone. A successful retest would give buyers a good opportunity to push price higher. Upside levels I'm watching: TP1: $88.85 TP2: $92.50 TP3: $96.00 TP4: $99.20 Stop Loss: $82.54 As always, this is just how I'm personally viewing the market and managing my own trades.
